No More Multichoice in my house

I went onto the self service section of my account and printed out the statement that said the amount due was R 705.oo. I went to pay it at ABSA and faxed the slip through. This morning my DSTV is disconnected and Gordon, a Manager from accounts tells me that actually the amount owing is R 705 plus R 659, which he can't explain where he gets it from and they will not put on my DSTV because they cannot get the proof of payment as the accounts department is CLOSED.

I don't have fax facilities from home and although I have been a DSTV subscriber for many many years and we actually have two subscriptions in our house, they refuse to switch my set back on until they get the proof of payment. He was rude and abrupt and not at all helpful.

Well DSTV you have just lost two subscriptions and you can take that proof that people put their money where they get service.
