Hi Jessica

On the 20 March I have made double booking and the transaction went off twice from my account.
I immediately called your call centre and spoke to Manana 08:03 to cancel the one set of the tickets. She told me that I will have my money back R600 in 7 working days.

I called on the 02.04.2013 and spoke to Tshepo who told me that I will have my money by Friday the 005.04.2013
I called again today 05.04.2013 my money is still not in my account. I spoke to Sibongile who now tells me that I have to send a bank statement.

All this time when I kept on calling no one said anything about a bank statement, I want my money refunded to me urgently before I report this to Hello Peter.
I am giving you guys an hour (maximum) and not longer than that.

If you guys don't have structure and don't know what you are doing there, do not make that my problem. I am a customer here and I don't deserve this treatment from anyone and not even you guys.

I hope this will be resolved urgently.
