Credit Card Division poor service

I opted for the auto payment facility via Internet banking for my credit card and specifically scheduled payment to take place on 21st of every month. This morning I receive and SMS from confirming that money was deducted from account on the 12th. How can you take money way before the date selected? I called the call centre and they tell me that they can't assist me as I want to reverse the payment. Now i am left with not a cent till pay day. Absolutely poor service by FNB credit card division. Guess you will be losing me as a customer.
