Incorrect Information Given

On the 22nd March 2013 i reactivated our DSTV account, i paid an amount that was given to me by the Call Center Agent. When my husband got home we noticed some channels on the compact was not working so he called the call center and they assisted him with the errors the call center agent at that point informed my husband our account was in a credit so my husband then activated the Premium Package and added the North Indian Channel at the end of the call the call center agent informed us at the end of April we had to pay about R438.00 because the credit will cover the rest. Now today my DSTV is suspended due to DSTV giving me the wrong information really disappointed with these services from DSTV.
