DSTV SUSPENDED

Called the call center to change my package to the select 1 yesterday. the call center agent advised that it will change as of today 30/08/2013. this morning i woke up and the DSTV account was suspended. when I called the call center they advised that the signal was working and was activated at 10am today.

came home this evening and it is still not working. bought 2x R29 airtime voucher to call them and i was placed on hold.

my airtime ran out and still I cannot watch DSTV, it is amazing how they are so quick to send you reminder to pay but cannot deliver an effective service. I AM VERY UNHAPPY!!!
