Toptv terrible customer care response times

Hi Peter!!! I tried to reconnect with my toptv account and spent R60 of airtime just being on hold... I still haven't reconnected because of the airtime that has been wasted... this is not the first time I've had to hold for their customer care for so long... could you please help me??
