On 19/07/2013 i called the call centre and spoke to Nana, when I enquired what amount I had to pay she advised that I had to pay R250.00. After the transfer I recived a call from Natalie to reconnect my service and advised that I still had to pay R269.00 (my normal instalment), which I did. This morning I wake up to find that my card is not authorised. Now who is nmore deurmekaar between me and TopTV who actually has the system infront of them? Does TopTv actually keep my name and account number one side to give me grief every month? This is becoming ridiculous now, if training is an issue, I was a Facilitator before and I will be happy to provide TopTV with that skill.
