Top TV - Not Top At All

I subscribed to Top TV thinking that they were Top, however I am really disgusted with their service. Not only do we have challenges when the weather is bad but also A/C's are incorrectly done. I have one A/C but 2 subscriptions (how stupid of me) I requested the 1st service to be temporarily suspended from July 2012 due to renovations, but was surprised to hear my Bank A/C still being debited after suspension. I queried this and was told a credit would be passed just have my services suspended. The 2nd service was installed at another residence last year, but after 2 months it stopped working. I queried this, just to be told I would have to pay a further -R800 for re-alignment which is a total rip-off. I have spoken with the ffg. agents on the 11/03/2013 at 09:00 [Duran] 12:45 [Greory] 02:45 [Kopano] on the 12/03/2013 at 07:50 [Dorothy] at 18:12[Was kept on hold then cut off] on the 13/03/2013 at 09:15 [Noki] 12:00 [Tshinidzi] at 19:00[Was kept on hold for 24 mins then cut off] on the 14/03/2013 at 12:48 [Hlengiwe] on the 02/04/2013 [Mohau] on the 03/04/2013 [Claudia] Everyone makes false promises but nothing gets done. Till today the 03/04/2013 I'm still suspended. Shame!!
