I had to take my decoder in on Sunday 8 December . i arrived at 9am . the first counter they had no electricity, the 2nd counter had to test my decoder, then replace it . the first 3 decoders they took out to replace mine were not working . then they said we had to move to another counter, finally they got me a decoder that worked . that was 2 hours . then i got the decoder home it works but the front screen that show the Chanel number is not working! don't phone me and say you sorry . it has taken 3 weeks and hours and hours on the phone and hours at your office to sort out this issue . all i did was ad an hd decoder! you have over billed me cut me off wasted my time . dont phone me and say you sorry . i am writing this to warn other people that you are incompetent and you dont care about your customers . spend some time and money sortiing out your systems, i am fed up with you people.
