Been trying for a week now with 4 emails, 4 faxes and about 5 calls to Commercial Mulichoice so I can get them to activate 4 more channels on my DSTV decoder and the service and the excuses are pathetic and they say it's our fault that they don't receive the stuff and I'm still getting no where in solving the problem. that is the thing with big companies they don't care about their customers especially when they have no competition.
