On Thursday I sent an email and ID copy to Commercial Activation top deactivate a decoder.By Saturday it wasn't done. And they don't work on weekends. So eventually after wasting time and money on the phone on both Saturday and Sunday resorted to reactivating the card on my personal account.
I've now been on the phone for 25 minutes waiting for the commercial activation to answer the phone.
A suggestion, instead of wasting money on advertising yourself and social projects maybe you should be looking after the people who pay these bills for you. In case you've forgotten who they are... they are the subscribers who have to waste hours and hours trying to get service.
