Pathetic is an understatement.
I wanted to change my details to debit order and all broke loose. I called the call center (not sure of the date, but in late march). I received a sms on the 20 Mar 2013 stating. Quote " We couldn't verify your debit order. Pls email/fax banking proof to [Email Removed] or (011) 5775946. Visit [URL Removed] 4 more info."I phoned the call center to get more info and they informed me that I need to go to the bank and get statements and I told the lady that I was not prepared to do that and asked the lady to cancel the debit order so that I could carry on with paying every month. The next thing on the 26 March 2013 a debit order went off after we already paid via eft. I called on the 27 March 2013 demanding they refund the money we paid and they told me about a three to five day policy of refund and I totally lost it. I spoke to a line manager called Cindy Khubeka (false name) and she told me that she was going to phone me back, but it never happened. I phone again this morning and no one could assist. I spoke to Nokuthulo Butelezi and Crissy but to no avail. Is this not illegal. Please help
