DSTV has double billed and debited an account for 36-months, which totals in excess of /-R35, 000.00. On raising with DSTV personnel and their verbal agreement telephonically of over charge, no feedback is provided back as per their promises. Responses of reconciliation to be affected, management authorisation etc etc has been told with nothing coming back in this regard. DSTV is quick to take money but does not want to take their "" from the consumer seriously. If the funds are not re-imbursed within 24-hours, legal action will be taken, as advised to numerous personnel including Tebogo in the CEO's office. Requests have been made to speak directly to the CEO or his PA with no avail.
