We connected our other DSTV decoder for only 3 days, and they billed me a extra month, when we requested to speak to a manager, we were told that they are busy and they will listen to our recordings on the phone, when we phoned a month later they said we will not be refunded, we still haven't received feedback and still debited for a extra month, this is against the consumer protection act, and I cannot allow DSTV to money from me, for services not rendered
