Can't get pass the connection wit the bank for OTP

Can Someone please go and fix the link with the bank, i am not getting my OTP to complete my purchase. and secondly when I view My Basket, I can't tell which is which, please give more details as to what seat nos. if there are two items they both say the same thing...
