i visited the carnival city casino on friday of last week aswell as sunday evening, and was shocked to see that there were so many machines out of order. my husband and i regularly visit the casino and ii was very disappointed to find that it was machines that i would like to play at. Also the time it took for an attendant to come to you to resolve issues on the machines such as machine tilts and so forth is unbelievably long.i love to go to carnival city but found that the service has dropped so drastically that im worried about going to the casino in the future... i hope that you start giving better service and start servicing your machines regularly. i normally would not complain of something like this, butthis is really getting bad and its a huge inconvenience.there were so many people complaining as they were walking around that it made the experience unpleasant.
