I wish to raise a concern about the poor service received at Montecasino NuMetro.
On Sunday 17 March, a group of friends and I went to watch the new "Die Hard" movie at MonteCasino NuMetro.
On the internet the show time was advertised at 12h30. After purchasing the tickets we confirmed that on the actual tickets, it showed the show time was at 12h30.
We all purchased eats and drinks and proceeded to wait outside the theatre. We all, including other movie go-ers, waited approximately over an hour outside the cinema, waiting for the show to start.
I went to look for the cinema manager to ask what the hold up was and was told that the movie started at 12 oclock in stead of 12h30.
This type of service is unacceptable and we should at least have been reimbursed for the tickets and the drinks and eats we purchased from the cinema.
