I booked for a movie for tomorrow night at Montecasino using NuMetro's online booking system. I then tried to logon to book some further tickets but the show time I had previously booked for was now gone. I called the call centre only to be told that the show has been cancelled and that I have to wait 7 days to get my money back! I'm sorry but this is completely unacceptable, NuMetro decides to cancel a show the day before and I have to wait 7 days to get a refund? Very, very, poor turnaround time for customers, there is no reason why I should have to wait seven days for a refund which can be processed immediately, I want my money back!
