First of all, I tried to book tickets for Gravity last week, but the Numetro website is so utterly pathetic, that it wouldn't allow me to book tickets to a movie which was only going to be released in 2 days time. Congratulations, you lost business to Ster Kinekor as a result of that.
Secondly, my wife and I were really looking forward to seeing Rush, but we made the mistake of booking tickets for the Woodlands cinema. The quality of the theatres in Woodlands is worse than watching a movie from the 80's on a Goldstar TV in the middle of a mountain range with hardly any reception, or maybe like watching a VHS video tape from a video store in 1989 which had been rented out over 1000 times and was stretched really badly.
I don't go to cinemas to watch movies in worse quality and comfort than what I can do in my own home.
Even though the manager refunded us for the tickets, we also wasted our money on refreshments which we were unable to enjoy because we walked out of the cinema rather than having to deal with the unbearable torture of watching a movie is such horrendous quality.
Congratulations Numetro, you have successfully lost me as a customer for life.
