A compliant email was sent on 6 Dec and no response. I just want to inform you that on Thursday, 5 Dec I booked tickets to go see the new Hunger games at the glen, on the internet I booked the seats next to the isle because I sometimes need to get up during the movie and don't want to cause discomfort to other people. When I arrived I saw that the seating arrangements on the internet was different then the arrangements at the actual cinema (on the internet it showed the isle being on the right hand side and the isle was actually on the left) this meant that I had to sit all the way on the other side Of the cinema, this caused me to leave the cinema before the movie even started as it is totally unacceptable as I used the convenience of booking on the internet to my detriment. And no one at the cinema wanted to assist in changing the tickets even though most of the cinema was empty. I have also found that every time I go there they almost never have stock of any of the snacks on the menu. I will never recommend nu metro as a choice to go and watch a movie. My official statement is that nu metro is the most pathetically useless cinema in south Africa.
