Faulty cinema

On 23rd Jan we watched the 20:30 show wolf of wall street at pavilion. 2 hours into the movie, the screen went black. So we waited about 10 minutes and it stayed the same so my husband went to find out what happened. Apparently there was a fault and they were checking. We are really irritated because this is the third time which this has happened to us! i have never experienced this at a ster -inekor cinema in Gateway. It would also have been appreciated if some one came and told us the movie was faulty instead of sitting there like waiting. We were given free tickets to watch another movie however these are inconvenience we would know since these are the third ones we have received. You cannot book online with them and they often don't accept these for some movies which don't allow complimentary tickets. I i dont think that it is acceptable for this to happen so often. and the procedures taken when this sort of things happen should really be examined. We wasted about 10 minutes just sitting there. Not to mention we now have to sit thru the whole movie again to get to where we were. very disappointed at the standards, in future we would rather go to a different cinema.
