Pleasant Service Experience

I had a faulty DSTV decoder which I took through to the Service Center in Durban.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which I reached the service agent. No waiting.
The service agent was a lady named Lee Meyer and her attitude and professionalism was brilliant.
She sorted out my faulty decoder with no fuss and she is a credit to company.
