Decoder insurance still not cancelled

My decoder insurance is still not cancelled, I just logged onto the DSTV website and it is still showing as active on my account. WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE NOT DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT TO CANCEL IT? MAYBE I MUST TAKE THIS TO CARTE BLANCHE AND THE NEWS PAPERS
