My Account was cancelled without my permission. Apparently a Gerald or Rita phoned in and said they must turn off my M-Net. Neither one of these are the actual owner of the account, I am! so how can they allow this!? This is not acceptable. Don't you have the correct security in place to prevent such millicious actions?
