Not so Top after all - 2 days and counting

On 06/03/2013 at 10:35 I purchased "Top TV prepaid" form my FNB account, I received an sms confirming the R109.00 was used to purchase Top TV for 30 days. I tried to call the call centre to see if it reflects on their side, After holding on for ever, I got through to Bongiwe and asked her to call me back as that voice already said "1 minute remaining" She said ok and took my number. She didn't try to call me by accident. Sometime after 3 that afternoon, I received a call from a guy called Siraj, who told me that once prepaid is purchased, it supposed to come on immediately. Today is the 08/03/2013 and we still don't have Top TV to enjoy. What's going on?
