I received a letter of demand via email on behalf of Multichoice. I called and confirmed with Multichoice that the account was not in fact in arrears. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!! I've now been on hold with someone at Multichoice for 45min trying to get answers. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!
If there was any other choice of satellite TV provider in this country I would switch tomorrow, this company continues to do nothing but disappoint.
