After posting a Hello Peter compaint, Multichoice comes back and advised that the incorrect reference was used when the payment was made. This is not true, I have double checked the proof of payment and my correct customer number was used. I have to constantly contact Multichoice to follow up on the progress, only to find out that the refund is still not being attended to.
I do not know whether they are delaying the process so that they can force my account into credit! I do not want the account to be in credit, I would like my refund asap. This is now week no. 3 and still no attention has been given to my query.
This is not acceptable.!
