So this month I've been a it slack and forgot to pay my dstv subscription which is my fault. Here's the kicker, I log onto Self Service to try and pay via credit card and suddenly my profile no longer exists.

Please tell me how in the i'm meant to pay for my dstv when you remove the credit card payment option from self service? Surely the obvious thing would be to leave that functionality in place for silly clients like me that forget to pay. Now I've got a 3 and 5 year old screaming because the dstv doesn't work.

You guys really go to great lengths to impress, don't you?
