Tried to change my boquet option. Called the number quoted on my statement (031 710 2222). Tried calling five times. The automated voice system is extremely slow and stupid. Had to enter my details thrice before even getting to the menu. Placed on hold for the first call (in the 'que') for about 15 minutes. Still didn't get to speak to a consultant. Decided to call back a bit later, same situation. The service is terrible. For such a big company, the customer service is terrible. Contemplating of moving to Top tv. Multichoice should cahnge their slogan from 'enriching lives' to 'wasting your time! '
