I have now called multichoice call centre FOUR times to query why their records indicate that i am in arrears of R199. On all occassions call centre staff cannot answer my query. I have now returned home to find that my account has been suspended. Multichoice holds us to ransom because of their monopoly in the market butcome on, at least offer us some customer service. I even recently responded to a survey they sent out in which i explained my frustration but have had no response yet. I am at my wits end and have come to learn that SA companie respond only to hello peter posts and not to channels that they themselves have set up. I need an explanation! this is daylight!
