I called computicket cu stomer care on 5 dec 2013 at 16:20 (call recorded). I spoke to a female consultant who had an attitude problem and was extremely rude and arrogant on the phone. Is this how you teach your staff to treat customers? I immediately demanded a new consultant or to speak to a manager after she continued to be arrognt and rude on the phone. I was placed on hold for about 2 minutes and then the call was disconnected. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CONSULTANTS!!!
I was enquiring about tickets I purchased in September. I went to a checkers outlet to pick the tickets up and they could not find the booking on ths system - I had confirmation that the tickets where paid for.
Something needs to be done about this type of insubordination
