I have been trying to phone Multichoice for 2 days now. The phone number 011 289 2222 has been engaged for the past two days! I did manage to get through last night but the menu just keeps me in a loop and no one EVER answers even if I do choose the option to speak to a consultant!
EVENTUALLY got through this morning after holding for more than 15 minutes just to be greeted by a not very helpful consultant. She told me that it is just a busy time of the year. REALLY? After telling me the issue is on my side (which it is not...) I asked to be put through to the call rating system. After holding for the call rating, my call got CUT after holding on another 5 minutes! SUPRISE SUPRISE!
This is service I pay for that just DOESN'T exist! Still got the E50 - ERROR. Not helpful AT ALL...
