I have been calling dtsv every month since May 2012 to have my dstv reconnected even though payment has been made on time! in may 2012 i changed banks and requested a consultant in the call centre to help me load dstv as a beneficiary in order for me to make a payment to them, the incorrect customer ID was given to me and the payment was allocated to the incorrect account, since then i have been having to call DSTV every month to reconnect my account, every month i need to send proof of payment and reconnection fees are charged to my account, On Saturday 02 March 2013 8.53 i called the call centre and spoke to a supposed to be team leader only to find he is a stand in team leader named Michaell Nkomo he was extremely rude and unprofessional and very unhelpful to date my query has not been sorted and i keep having to pay extra money to have my dstv on im actually not sure what my instalment is as it changes every month i have since dealt with 3 teams leaders a number of consultants a credit controller and been tovarious service centres still to no avail!!! can someone competent please help me sort my query out or refer me to someone who can as my patience have really run ou t
