Multichoice, has given bad service, actual their lack of professionalism. I call the call centre and I waited for 45min only to be told that their system is off line they took my details and they will resolve my problem once their system is on. 3hours later nothing was done. I called again waited 40 min for my call to be attended then the call centre agent couldn't help me and then called the supervisor Nozipho. I addressed my issue with her and all she told me was in her 5 years working there, she has never experienced this and it's imposable for my problem to happen. Than she Rudy hang up my call. I'm still stuck with a problem. I have waisted my airtime and my time.
