I have a problem with viewing my recorded programmes and movies on my playlist. The lady kept me on the line for 23 minutes. In that time she got me to unplug my decoder 3 times and sit quietly while it loaded (as if it hadnt occured to me to do this several times before i resorted to phoning them). In the same amount of time she asked me if i wanted to buy insurance twice. When she eventually worked out that she couldnt help me she told me i had to take my decoder in to be fixed AND, ONCE AGAIN, offered me insurance for my decoder...???
