Terrible movie experience

For the 2nd time at NuMetro Monte Casino, the picture quality was terrible. The movie started out-of-focus, corrected 15 minutes into movie after someone left to complain, then 30 minutes later it went out-of-focus again for another few minutes.
Worst projectionists, either no skills or they are leaving their post after the movie starts.
No apologies extended to any of the viewers.
