April 11, 2013, the decoder had been installed at 08h30 and at 10h30 we encountered a problem. As the decoder was not insured, ( because we had not thought it necessary as the prevous owner had the decoder for many years without any problems) and only after two hours we encountered a problem and had to pay R425.00 because of lack of insurance. Since then we've had to take the decoder back three times since April 11, 2013. We need some sort of service from this company.
