My dstv walker service has been scrambled for the past two months even though i've been diligently paying for it every month. I have tried using the online service to reset the device with no luck. Thereafter i tried contacting the durban service centre, spent 35 minutes on hold for a consultant at my cost only to get through to a consultant who apparently can't hear me. So i hang up and call again only for the call to drop after 15 minutes.
Dstv is pathetic because you land up paying for a service which you only sometimes receive.
