For the last four days I had to call in everyday too get an E19 error reset.today i called in and they cant seem to sort it out. So i cant watch sport and DSTV gets the money for what? So Why am i paying for the service!!! I tried the online reset as well aa the mobile phone reset and that doesnt work as well. This is unacceptable. I spent 15 minutes everytime on the phone to get it sorted and I have to pay for th? t as well.
I am disgusted and would like to be compensated for all the inconvience and my money spent phoning in.
