I was a guest at the Grandwest casino in February 2012. When the hotel staff went in to clean my room someone entered my room and my belongings. The items that were was my camera in its casing, a guess wallet which had money, a ring my mvg cards and some small other items. The incident was reported to management and a case was opened. Camera footage was viewed and everyting was clear enough. Up until to date nothing has been done about this incident. I received a once off call from a Mr Matt Pae regarding this incident who told me that when i am in Cape Town again we would meet and resolve this matter. I went down to Cape Town in January and requested to see him but to no avail. Was this really a case of or a set up? I hold the management of grandwest responsible for what happened and i want to be reimbursed. This has gone long enough.
