Most Pathetic Hotel and Staff in Johannesburg

From being I was not Booked, Then the room I was given was incorrect and I was not able to change, the Staff were pathetic (Including Hotel Top - Jane Skipsy); worst of all VALUABLE ITEMS were from my room:
- After Reporting valuable items going missing on the Day before my Checkout (Saturday 30/11/13), I was under the impression that this hotel had taken my issue seriously as my Identity Book, Money (R1 300), My Twist E-Cigarette, with Charger, Refills and the Box were removed from my room whilst out for 30 minutes.
- On the Day of my Checkout (Sunday 01/12/13) I was again reassured that this issue will be thoroughly investigated.
-On Mon - late afternoon, I receive a Call from Ludwig (Head of Security) stating that I will be kept abreast of things daily.
-Daily from Tues Afternoon to Thurs Morning, I tried to get hold of Ludwiq, leaving multiple messages, my number, etc.
-Thurs, I phoned in and become adamant to speak to the Hotel Head, so after 1hour of waiting I was through to Jane Skipsy. According to Jane (whom i've never heard from or of), the investigation was inconclusive and there is NOTHING MORE! An investigation held 3days after the incident? Without my input
