Taj Cape Town - GIVE US YOUR MONEY AND MOVE ALONG

A Taj VIP voucher which includes lovely treats like 50% off dinners pa, free stay for 2 for, free spa treatments for 2 and more was bought for my birthday early March. We often don't get to go out as a baby sitter is not always available and lucky for us we could go for an overnight 2 weeks ago, so decided to make use of our 1 night stay at the Taj in Cape Town. The rooms are awesome and the products therein is just as great. We had a lovely stay except for the disturbance of room service at 21:15 in the evening, continuously ringing the door bell. On check-out, we had mention about the disturbance &; the receptionist/consultant just nodded and said "oh, sorry about that" and on she went to check us out. We came straight home & noticed that my car was damaged (paint scratched). I reported the incident to the Hotel management who escalated the incident to hotel security. After numerous standard "almost automated" emails, i received a response to say that they did a thorough investigation and no evidence found that the car was damaged during their care. Paint is scratched off the car in a spot no camera can capture. No personal phone call or any gestures..POOR SERVICE!
