I am a guest @ 224 hotel in leyds and schoeman in Pretoria 1 of the guest lost her cellphone in the public toilets, i was in the toilets by then.i heard what was happening and went to the management to explain what had happened and they said that they trust their staff and i asked them 2 look @ the footage.that footage was clear but still they refuse 2 accept that the cleaner took it even when my statement matched what the footage revieled even before i could see it.know the problem is that tomorrow we are checking out and that lady hasn't received her cellphone yet.can you please help? I suggested that the lady should open the case with the police against me and the cleaner becouse we were the only people who went to the toilets by that time the phone got lost but the management refuse what i was suggesting.i am not happy of what happened to me because they made me a suspect becouse i confronted the owner of the fone and the management.my name is lydia and my cell number is 0724465723 PLEASE HELP
