I am rather appalled and disappointed at the service I have received the DSTV call centre. I have made numerous phone calls to the call centre spoke to a Thulani -ref no : 121577759, spoke to a Kabelo - ref no 170000072 with no joy. Yet they sounded professional and promised to call back with feedback about locating my missing payment to date there is no response hence my payment is still missing. I now called spoke to Evelyn and requested to speak to a manager she advised she would locate my account and look for the fax as I had faxed through proof of payment. I was put on hold for 15minutes while she "looked" for my fax of proof of payment. She didn't have the courtesy of coming back to me saying that she won't be much longer but put on hold... dead air for 15 minutes. That is pathetic. I eventually hung up as I was using work time to resolve this query. Seeing as I have changed my due to the 25th of each month payment is due today even though I have made payment on the 13th of February. So going forward my due date would be the 25th of each month. Please contact me urgently with regards to this matter.
