Thank you for the good and professional service I received from a guy called Tumelo. He has good listening skills, precise and he engages the client on a query. I am very thankful.
Sadly it was not the first person I spoke to, I spoke to Lebo before (09:19, 25/02/2013) who has a very bad tone of voice and bad attitude. I fail to understand why such individuals are allowed to assist customers when they sound like they have a score to settle.
