I cancelled my medical aid in December 2012. I was told payment fron the health savings will be made to me on 1 May 2013. I then enquired on 02/05 and was told that payment will be made to me on 20/05/2013. I request for payment to be made to me before then. I sent a signed request and was told payment will be made in 3 days. It is now 6 days without anything. I called and spoke to Samantha who said she will call me immediately and 5 hours later I'm still waiting. I spoke to Shirley and Reshma who were of no assistance. I just need the payment urgently as I have requested for urgent payment and I waited for the turnaround time. The Agents at da call centre keep telling me payment will be on 20/05/2013 which is wrong cos I requested for urgently payment. I'm really not satisfied with the services and everyone I speak doesn't seem like they know their Job. I hope I now can get feedback urgently as previous attemps with the call centre failed.
