On the 7th of February we paid our monthly subscription. An envelope appeared that we were in arrears. Knowing that I was not we ignored and were subsequently cut off. Telephoned call centre gave proof of payment, were asked to e-mail proof of payment and were switched on again. Next month envelope appeared again, were switched off again send again proof of payment and was switched on again with the promise that it was sorted out. I was asked a few minutes of my time to fill out a questionair regarding Multichoice's service. I told them what i thought of their service. Big nought. Trying to get hold of a responsible person met with a we are a call centre and have no ways to get you in contact with accounts. In desparation my wife went to the centre in N1 city, with much the same result, nothing hapened. Envelopes kept appearing on my screen. After three month this Tuesday the matter was resolved by being able to speak to a responsible person We send 5 proofs of payment and were also charged with re-connection fees. What is frustrating that with all these complaints for three month that no-one takes the effort to contact you to sort this out. They have my e-mail address, my cell nr.
