Switched off for R34 and not even our fault

I went to the Mondeor Branch to pay on the due date. The new credit card system machine did not work, so one of the ladies helped me. She calculated how much I had to pay, and so I paid the amount she said. A few days later, there was a mesage on the TV saying we must pay R34.40, so we called to find out why. The person at the call centre said we must pay the R34.40 imidiately or we might be cut off. We explained what hepened and asked if we could pay the R34.40 when we go in to pay the next monthly installment. The person at the call centre said "NO" we must pay it now. Our monthly fee is around R700 per month, and sometimes we pay R50 extra. Now we have been cut off, and will be billed R50 for a reconnection fee. This is so unfair!!!
