Call centre agents are incompetent

I'm really annoyed with Multichoice agents being incompetent and unable to follow instructions, which has been costing me money since May.

I phoned in May to ask that my payment date be changed from the 25th of every month, to the 1st. I was told that I should pay on the normal date in May (25th) and from July I can pay on the 1st (so the 1st of July instalment would be for the period 25th May to 1st July). It never happened, and my services had been suspended in June and July on the 27th for which I was charged a reconnection fee. I telephoned again to ask that my payment date be changed to the 1st of every month, the agent assured me that the investigations department will look into my previous request (in May) so that if the fault is theirs, they will not charge me reconnection fee. This never happened as well, and now (Aug) even though I had paid on the 24th because I had received the sms saying pay before the 25th, my services are suspended AGAIN!

I spend a substantial amount of airtime for being put on hold for 30 min when I call in every month, plus I have to pay the reconnection fee when Multichoice agents can't do their jobs properly. I'm really angry and frustrated!
