Got disconnected after holding for more than hou

I have phoned and phoned to have my drfita signal sent to me but everytime i hold for over an hour to just be disconnected. I spent all my airtime and still no luck.

What can I do? I feel helpless as whoever i speak to pass the buck and say they cant help me and I have to hold for the Drifta department.

I want my money back now!
